Know issue and this is fixed on the app version. The information was cached on browser and PWA versions

Just an update it does seem to save it just didn't show up when viewing the wishlist. I had to remove the item then when I tried to add it again all the informative for the item I had just removed was already prefilled. I was then able to add the product again and the description showed.
